First of all Christians do not derive spiritual gifts from angels. There is no such teaching in the Bible. The Bible is very careful to teach that spiritual gifts come from the Holy Spirit. See, for example, 1 Corinthians 12:1-10. The Bible teaches that those who have the Holy Spirit are positioned to have the spiritual gifts that God makes available to man.

Who can have the Holy Spirit? The following scripture provides the answer, "The Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him." Acts 5:32. In what way obey Him? The apostle John provides the answer, "Whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight. And this is His commandment: that we should believe on the name of His Son Jesus Christ and love one another, as He gave us commandment."

It is in this obedience we ask for the Holy Spirit and receive Him. "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!" Luke 11:13

There are in the world what men call "spiritual gifts" but the only access to the true spiritual gifts, those granted by God, is through having the Holy Spirit and the only way to have the Holy Spirit is to accept Jesus Christ as the way into a relationship with God the Father.
